Can I cancel my order?

-Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.


I have not received my order confirmation , what should I do?

- Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. if you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us.

I accidently entered the incorrect shipping address.

-If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can assist in updating the shipping details.Please promptly email us at [email protected]  with your order number and the accurate shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, we regret that we cannot be held liable for any missing deliveries resulting from incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

 

-My package was marked as 'delivered,' but I have not received it ?

-If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to us promptly.

Kindly note that we do not offer replacements or refunds for items confirmed as "delivered" by postal services. For eligibility to file an insurance claim for lost packages, customers must have selected an insured shipping service.

 

My items arrived damage, what should I do?

-please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our contact us page. please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products. 

How can i track my package?

-Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can monitor the progress of your order directly on the carrier's website
